Mark Nichols, Clallam County Prosecuting Attorney, spoke at the RWCC meeting on April 30th, 2016 at 10:30 a.m., at the First Federal Savings office in Sequim. He discussed the duties of his office, and then talked about self-defense as allowed in Washington State.
