Dee Drewry, president of the Washington Federation of Republican Women was the guest speaker at our meeting held on August 26, 2017 at the First Federal Savings conference room in Sequim starting at 11 a.m. She discussed club building and the role of the RWCC in the community.
Sheena Younger also spoke about creating a survivor support group for abused survivors of sexual abuse. She plans to set up a local nonprofit group.
Clallam County mother plans community awareness for sexual abuse survivors

Shenna Younger spoke at the RWCC (Republican Women of Clallam County) meeting August 26th, 2017 in Sequim.
“This is my first public talk,” she announced as she laid out plans to educate the community and help also the survivors of sexual abuse.
Plans are underway for founding a non-profit. “I want to create a survivors support group,” said the Sequim mother and business woman. She has contacted the schools and there is an interest in educating students, as well. The first meeting will be 3 PM, September 17, at her home.
